- Make your data visual so that others can understand it quickly.
- Create charts based on your data that you can use in reports and presentations.
- In a spreadsheet, highlight the range of data you want to create a chart for.
- Click Insert > Chart.
- (Optional) In the editor, change the chart type and other aspects.
- (Optional) In the editor, to tailor axes, styles, titles, and more, click Customize.
