Use keyboard shortcuts in Gmail

Before you can use these keyboard shortcuts, you’ll need to turn on keyboard shortcuts in your Gmail settings.

  1. In Gmail, click Settings settings and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Keyboard shortcuts section and select Keyboard shortcuts on.
  3. At the bottom, click Save Changes.

Use keyboard shortcuts in Drive

While working in Google Drive, press Shift+? to display a complete list of keyboard shortcuts. For example, press s to star or unstar selected items.

Use keyboard shortcuts in Calendar
  1. In Google Calendar, click Settings settings > Settings.
  2. Scroll to Keyboard shortcuts.
  3. Check the Enable keyboard shortcuts box.
  4. Press ? to show the list of available keyboard shortcuts.
