After attempting to start a session from your Launchpad or Dashboard, the progress indicator appears to be stuck at 98% on the Launchpad.
There can be cases where the start-up time for an instance takes longer than usual. Generally, this is due to a maintenance event, such as Frame system updates. This can be confirmed by clicking on the status symbol, a message will be presented if system maintenance is underway.
Sometimes, on rare occasions, it can also be caused by an issue with the specific VM.
If you see this happening, please give the system another few minutes to finish maintenance (these events generally take less than 5 minutes to complete). If the indicator does not change from 98%, please submit a ticket to email@example.com so that we can investigate the cause of the issue.
